We’ve been doing Christmas in NYC for about a decade and this was by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed out. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service from the day we arrived until we departed. The spaciousness of the rooms is perfect for traveling with young kids. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we will be coming back again!

Great hotel for NYC stay. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 young kids and enjoyed our stay. Staff was courteous. Good value for the price we paid. Will def considering staying here when we are in city next.

My family is a party of 3 and we got the room that has the living space with a separated room. My wife and I took the king size bed room. It had ample space for luggage and walking around. It even had a closet that contained robes, hanger, and extra bedding. The bed was just as comfortable as our tempur pedic at home. The pull out couch was also very comfortable. It is conveniently located near the subway, places to eat, and a CVS for anything missed. The staff were absolutely top notch. We would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were very spacious and perfect for our family of four. Hotel brought up cribs and everyone was so friendly with the kids. Rooftop bar is fun for drinks. Well located in midtown east.

This is our second stay at the Kimberly… Staff is amazing!!! Each one goes out of their way to make our family feel taken care of and this goes a long way to having a fabulous vacation in NYC! Location is also key as everything is accessible from here! Will continue booking here for our family.

Great hotel, great staff and a great safe family friendly location. Having a 9 and 10 year old we spent a bit more to get a suite which proved to be brilliant as the kids had somewhere to chill having had a long day touring the sites of NYC. Got the Skytrain, then LIRR straight from JFK to Grand Central and an easy 7 minute walk up lexington Av. to the hotel. Kids loved the New York luncheonette Diner next door also. Special shout out to Housekeeping and can't recommend enough. Thanks everyone.
