We drive 15 hour car and w came here at 10:00 a.m. and chking time is 3:00 p.m. i and my children 6 hour wait for room. And not clean room. Under chair i find old socks pair. This is terrible

We enjoyed our stay at the San Carlos. It’s conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, easy walk to Rockefeller Center and close to the subway, shops, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies. We needed to see a doctor during our stay and there was a CityMD clinic one block away. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable - we had a suite with a king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out bed for our kids in the outer room. There’s a small exercise room on the 3rd floor with treadmills and a weight machine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided umbrellas to borrow when it rained.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the room was spacious and well looked after. Would definitely stay here again if travelling with my family in New York.

Great location very convenient for walking around the city. Hotel is dated but clean and comfortable. We were there with 2 kids. The kitchen in the room is great!

We stayed during christmas week, it was amazing. The staff was amazing! And i mean EVERYONE who works there! it was safe, clean, cozy. Great for families of all ages, our group age range was 30s, teens, and a baby. It was very accommodating. They dont have a restaurant where we could get breakfast in the hotel but a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel so that helped out.

The staff made us feel like family. The are very knowledgeable about the area. Very close to great shopping dining. The car service to LGA was more convenient and cheaper than using an app. Definitely would stay there again.

Very clean, quiet & spacious hotel. The only noise we heard was the family staying in the room next to ours. No outside noise at all. The cleaning staff is amazing! And the beds were super comfy!

To be honest, it was a great location. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels in New York is very spacious for a family had a fridge which was utilized for our toddler. The location was great. The customer service was great overall was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel. I like the location because it was close to fifth Avenue as well as other tourist sites but away from the madness and it was a great location of walking distance.

It was absolutely the worse experience. I could not sleep at all. You hear everything from all around you on top that I had the rudest family next door with an unbearable child.
