The hotel was centrally located and conveniently has a subway station and Duane Reed next door. The room was tidied daily and it was perfect for our family of four looking to enjoy the city for the weekend.

Great hotel for our stay in NYC. It is very close to two subway stations and has lots of close places to eat. We enjoyed the lounge as a a space to relax in the afternoon. My only complaint is that there is only one small sink which was tight for our family of five.

This trip was a family trip. This hotel was about half a mile from La guardia airport but if you arrive during traffic hours it’ll take you over an hour to get there (awful) but that’s not on the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and cozy. They have a place where you can buy coffee and breakfast items. It’s pretty close to time square (there’s a subway nearby as well). I really enjoyed it. My family was very comfortable. It was my first time taking the subway and Sabrina went above and beyond to guide us over the phone on which car to get on and where to get off.

Nice hotel. Only problem the heat in the $800 a night was not working. Me and my kids were freezing all night. They sent engineering twice but couldn’t fix it.

Everyone was nice, helpful. Corner room with two queens and pullout was large for family of 5. Beds were just okay...but pullout was terrible we ran to target to purchase a 50 mattress topper to make it useable. But for the price it was fine.

We stayed as a family of 5. Mimi and all the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early (early AM arrival flight), and they also assisted us with checking our bags with them at check out on our last day and arranged for transportation to JFK later that evening. The cleaning staff was super friendly and accommodating, as well as all of the staff in the breakfast area. Their breakfast was really great, included Starbuck's coffee and was made to order. It is a good hotel, but the people that work there are what made it a great stay.

The long-needed vacation getaway with the family, except 1 member, was really great. , We enjoyed every single day. I'm a new yorker, born and raised and every time I visit, I feel like I'm back where I need to be at, LOL. Room service was great. Pillow was a bit uncomfortable, for myself, wishing I had my own, But albeit, everything was the best vacation. Thank you !

This is the first time to bring my family from a suburban area to stay in NYC overnight. We initially don't know how to get around with the subway system. Once we figured it out, we found that this hotel location is so convenient and quiet though. It also has many dining and shopping options around. I would like to especially thank the friendly staff there who made our stay much easier. They offered us early check-in and luggage storage after check out. So we can amble in NYC around as true visitors. Strongly recommend
