Lockport Inn & Suites

This is the third time we have stayed here. It is a great family run establishment. They could not have been nicer. Two other couples stayed here with us and they agreed It’s not ultra modern but that’s what makes it great. It’s clean comfortable and appealing.

This is a very nice family run hotel and they do an excellent job of maintaining the property and keeping the guest rooms very comfortable for their guests. I give them an A+

Excellent facility. Very comfortable and clean. Had lots of room to put kids to hed on one side of the room and stay up on the other side. Very glad for two sinks while getting everyone ready in the morning. Would stay here again. Only word of caution is that the hit water gets very hot, even when the handle would seemingly be in the middle and should be lukewarm at best. Not a problem, but definitely need to supervise children more.

You are welcomed by friendly, accommodating family run staff. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained, clean, comfortable and has modern amenities of a new tv, Roku and fancy clock with usb phone charger. The bed is comfortable with clean sheets, and there’s plenty of clean towels. The mini fridge has a full separate freezer which was great for holding all my ice bricks as I travel with food on business trips. Definitely recommend staying.

Great 2 night stay. This motel has brought itself into the future while retaining a lot of it's old world charm. Multiple power bars and USB outlets, flat screen TV with hook ups for computer and "mirroring" ready reception. Comfy beds and very quiet, stayed on second floor on the side of the property. Well appointed with coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Actual glass mugs, cups and wine glasses, no paper cups here. Old school bed frames, lovely baby blue shower/tub combo and shell shaped bathroom sink. Very gracious lady who checked us in with paper registration card. It was like a road trip from 20-30 years ago, but with all the modern amenities.

Folks at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on a busy street but our room on the back of the property was very quiet - you wouldn't know the street was there. Our room was VERY spacious. The décor was a little dated to our tastes but perfectly acceptable. Everthing was extremely clean and there were nice touches such as a pair of wine glassed and and electric corkscrew at the ready. And I admit to using the recliner chair even though i don't have one at home. I like that this is a family owned business and will gladly stay with them again if I have occasion to revisit Lockport.

What a quaint villa style hotel! The antique style furnishings added to the flavor. Loved the couples jacuzzi in the suite. We’ll worth the $30 upgrade. Also enjoyed finding the history of this family owned property from the 90 year old couple who have been married over 68 years!

This family-owned property has always been a great place to stay. Have stayed here multiple times when I visit my hometown of Lockport, NY. The rooms and property are well maintained, clean, and comfortable with access to many area attractions. Many family members still working to take care of their lodging guest.

Great family owned jewel 10 minutes from anything in Lockport. Cleanest hotel I've stayed in in years! Service with a smile from check in to check out. 5 stars, will be back!

The room is a little too small for a family. Otherwise it’s fine.
