Hampton Inn Geneseo

We stay here every time we come to visit friends and family. The ease to food options is nice. No issues with the hotel but the walls are super thin!

The check in was fast. However the option to change your credit card that was used from the booking card was Miss leading! I asked the teller not to charge our stay to the card used through hotels .com gave her my other credit card, she said she took care of it. However upon check out the hotel processed the credit card I asked them not to use. They then they blamed hotels .com then I call hotels .com never was able to speak to anyone! Second my car was hit badly over night on their onsite parking areas. I needed them to help me locate the car who damaged my car by checking cameras to my surprise they said they don’t have cameras in the parking lot. I was so angry and disappointed. Whether it was my car being damaged the fact there is no cameras causes safety concerns for me my family and everyone really. Customer Sevice none really. We checked out one day early could not bear the stay anymore! Never again I rather stay at the Quality Inn .
