Very clean, good options for breakfast, and great for families.

The hotel was perfect except - there was some kids hockey teams staying there. Their parents stayed in the breakfast area until 12am -2 am consuming alchohol allowing the kids to run wild through the hotel. My room door was getting slamed by hockey sticks, balls and kids checking each other in the middle of the night. All floors had this issue and no one from management intervened. We got hardly any sleep. I had to go in the hall and scream at the kids. They would just go to the next floor and terrorize the guests on that floor. This is the by far the worst night shift management I've ever encountered. THE POSITIVE - I WAS REFUNDED 2 NIGHTS FROM THE 2ND ROOM I PAID FOR WHEN MY SON AND HIS FAMILY CAME. NEVER STAY THERE IF THE KIDS HOCKEY TEAMS ARE THERE. CALL AHEAD AND ASK!! THERE WAS NO SUPERVISION BY PARENTS AND NIGHT EMPLOYEES OBVIOUSLY TURNED THEIR BACK ON THE NOISE WELL INTO THE WEE HOURS OF THE NIGHT.

I have never stayed at a hotel with such poor acoustics The first night we could hear people walking back and forth which sounded like they were running The next night the was a toddler above us who was running and jumping around. The ceiling actually vibrated so much that it caused drawers to vibrate as well. You do not want to be on a lower floor at this hotel. Very disappointing.

Nice property however no cups in the bathroom. Was a little dirty. No do not disturb sign. I asked for them to bring me one they never did. Has a really weird sliding door that tries to cover the bathroom and the closet at different times. It slides away and offers no privacy if you had a family with you NG. Staff is very nice. Looks like condition wise nicer than any hotel in the area
