Upon check in it took over ten minutes for someone to come help us at the desk. Then as we made our way to the elevator a lady with 3 large dogs exited. Her dogs lunged at my two younger children. The pool was closed and our room was stained on the walls and sheets. The carpet had a layer of filth. And because we pre paid for this we can’t get a refund. Would not suggest to anyone.

The whole building smells like weed. There is a lot of people that are living in this hotel. Which is fine except people let the kids feed themselves at the free breakfast. They are loud and are touching all the food . Make it for a not so pleasant experience.

The location was the best part of this hotel. It felt like a cheap hourly hotel rather than a family-friendly expensive hotel.

Friendly early check in(2pm); Room had stains on carpet & evidence of smoker in room as screen bent & ashes on the sill. Condition bought to desk clerks attention as we did not want to be liable. This facility is older & shows her age, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was total chaos with unruly children & inconsiderate parents. The breakfast area supervisor did the best he could to maintain calm. The hot food selection was good along with the usual cold stuff. Coffee machine broke down on Sunday(we were there Monday) Mgt did their best to accommodate. Would recommend and okay with value.

The overall stay was nice. Went for a night with kids to use the pool and hot tub. Pool hours were great open early and closed late. Room could have been cleaned a little better. Garbage in the ice bucket and floors didn’t look to have been vacuumed. Beds were comfortable and clean.

We were put in a handicap room that wasn't up to the standards. Apparently that was the only room left we were not handicap people. I must say if I had a family member that was handicap I wouldn't put them in that small room. This room was old and needed Major updating wasn't worth the price we paid! They also stipulated a full breakfast that was untrue it was contential at its worst. I will not stay in this place again!

Disgusting. When we got there he said he didn't have a room for our reservation. He finally found 2 available rooms. The first one was filthy, and had human waste in the toilet. We were switched to a different room, that one was filthy as well, still had garbage in the garbage can from previous guest. It was the last available room so we stayed. The indoor pool had no towels, it did have 6 kids drinking and smoking, at least 20 empty beer cans around them.
