A very comfortable queen bed, a room with good a/c, very clean here, I slept like a baby

All in all, we really didn't expect a lot. We try to look for the basics: cleanliness, safety and location. The pool was good size with the hot tub very close so the kids could be seen and monitored. The hours of the pool were very kind from 8:00am to 10:00 p.m. The towels they provide you for the pool at the front desk are good for children but not for a normal size adult. Ask for two and you may get dry, from the coarse towels. The room was adequate size for a family of four. The deadbolt to the adjoining room was installed upside down but still works. The chairs were a bit rickety (one had a nail sticking out) and there are cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and floors. The bathroom door was all water damaged on the inside. The vent didn't work more than likely resulting in the water damage on the door from the condensation. The beds were adequate, comfortable enough for the kids. Staffing was decent. A small mix of kind staff and the unintelligible. Location is right across from Walmart with a busy surrounding of restaurants and shops. Overall the ambient noise was quiet. The inclusive breakfast buffet was decent, stocked pretty well with eggs, sausage, Make your own waffles, cereals juices and coffee with some fruit. If you're looking for a quick stay it will definitely suit the needs. If you're looking for ambience and luxury, this is not it. Pricing was decent for what you got. Ample parking with short walks to and from the entrances/exits.

Overall good for the price. Very friendly staff. Decent Breakfast. Clean room ( some sppts were missed, but no big deal ). The hotel play room was fun for adults and children.

Good hotel which is close to the shopping centers with easy access to highway 87. Good hotel for families. Nice ammenities -pool -game room -free breakfast

Hotel is good, pool and hot tub are great. The elevator had an issue but was quickly resolved. Kids like the arcade, wish there were more kid-friendly games that weren't "gambling" ones though (put money in, chance to win, but rarely if ever do), although my daughter got TWO keys from the egg machine, so she was thrilled! The only complaint I have -- no waffle maker at breakfast! It was here last year when I stayed, but not now. No issues whatsoever from staff, very friendly. Allowed us to swim past checkout, use the parking lot for eclipse viewing!

For the price it is reasonable just for sleeping and shopping. I saw many families happily enjoying the hotel pool.

Hi, we were disapointed that our reservation was for 3 adults and one child, so we asked for a 3rd key card, but the person at the desk told us is it was for 2 adults and 1 child .... so our thoughts were how can that be ! For us, apart for being convenient for the 3 of us having a key card, we thought about safety issues, like if there were to be a fire, one of us wouldn't of been accounted for Thank you

We were there 2 nights, march 5 and 6. The good close to everything that interest us. Mainly cross boarder shopping. The pool was good and spa was also good but the temperature in that room is a bit too cold. They had a recreation room with a pool table and pinball and other games that was good. For the rest, the carpet in the hallway has issues. Dangerous issues, the carpet has some bumps (not flat) the lady in the other family that was with us fell. Thank goodness she did not get hurt but everyone was really concerned that she tripped on the carpet. We were happy she got back up with nothing broken. As for the room, I have seen better. We had to borrow an office chair from another room so that my husband could do his work on the computer. The bathroom has issues, no ventilation fan. For proper ventilation. The other thing the interior side of the bathroom door had full of bumps. The doors needs to be replaced. The carpet in our room and hallway was dirty, has not been cleaned for years in my estimation. The breakfast in the morning, was not great at 8:10 am many of the choices were gone ! Like the waffles ! Yes, at 8:10 all gone ! We will not be returning at that hotel. Other options that we know are much better.

I went with my two kids, we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the breakfast, room was super clean and the night was as quiet as at home ! I recommend!

Staff was a little rude when checking in. They ran out of breakfast food, and the staff at breakfast seemed frustrated. I didn't like that there was no life jackets at the pool for my grandchildren, they should have some for the safety of their guests. I had to go buy them while I was on vacation.
