For a 2-star hotel, this was a perfect place and price to spend a night with a couple of kids who were most interested in TV/internet, the mall and Ausable Chasm. The place looks clean, the breakfast bar open from 5-10am was a big hit with the kids, who visited more than once. The business next door is a hardware store and was quite noisy at one point, loading/unloading in their back lot, but their business hours are 8am-8pm, so it didn't keep us from sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel and room was very clean. Loved that there was onsite guest laundry. Couldn’t have worked more perfectly for my family as we were on a 2 week road trip from SC and we were about to have to find a laundry mat. Front desk sells detergent as well, so that is very convenient! Friendly staff!

We had paid ahead of time and when we arrived our room was ready for us. This was an escape get away as we had kept our two grandbabies the night before overnight. They wore us out being 10 months and 3 years old. Not quite sleeping all threw the night yet so Granny was ready for a good nights sleep and that we got. Our only complaint was the shower had no pressure in our room. Other than that it was a fabulous stay and we will be back again.

We’ve been staying at this microtel for many, many years when visiting family and it has always been top-notch. We noticed the front desk person, Chelsea, going above and beyond to help an elderly couple in need of a wheelchair to buy in order to continue their trip. Everyone is always nice.
