It was great. My family had a fabulous time

Comfortable beds, felt very clean and safe. My family's only complaint was that the toilets are way too tall!

We stay in a room where myself disabled partner and child got bit up so bad. When mention to Christina and Mark the mg and assistant they act as if I was bothering them when I showed them photos etc. I waited for the night shift to ask for a room switch. Mark said we would be able to see if something was in the room. Bed bugs are nocturnal and the sheets were changed before the man went in to check them. I have been a Hilton Honors Member and was very saddened by the no concern attitude. I have stayed in this hotel when it was brand new with no concerns feel like the customer service regarding it was poor and I ask Christina the Assistant mgr for corporates number and she told me I can’t give it to you, I would have to get it from the directory. I personally own a business and would never treat a customer as those two did. I could’ve been an irritate persons, but I was very respectful and aways spoke when no customers were around and if someone came to check in during the conversation in waited to finish the conversation. Very Disappointed! Please feel free to call me at 802-373-5003 i went to the Emergency room and we’re concerned it was Bed Bug bites.

Checking in was great and fast as in the past. Our room wasn’t fully clean. Dust on floor , shampoo container behind curtain, hair in the shower and dust on the sprinkler. Due to renovations we were missing black out curtain. Maintenance was able to rig it up with some clips so we would have some blocking from them lights. Was a weird humming noise all night couldn’t figure out if it was coming from the bathroom or the heating unit. Staff was friendly . This morning with breakfast there was no juice. If juice bottle and other drinks are available for purchase I feel as though they should have been offered in place kids don’t drink coffee and milk.

Nice place close to the highway for Burlington. The room was big enough for a family of 5. However the sofa bed mattress was really bad. The breakfast was good.

I never give horrible reviews, but honestly please do not have any formal function here. The signs say the are under repair, this is not true. There is an area on first floor being repaired. The hall smelled like smoke, musty with cheap air freshener the room too. Dirty every inch of the place, bag removed from room can and coffee grounds and old tissues at the bottom. The towels, sheets and bed were clean and ok. The Staff were very kind, nice and very accommodating.its not their fault. The walk ways are crumbling and a fall risk. I didn’t go to the pool, hotel is not sanitary. Honestly if you have infants or toddlers this is not a safe place to go. I hope they can get back on track.

Affordable for whole family

Nice hotel and convenient location. We weren't happy though that the pool was closed Sunday morning for maintenance. The kids were disappointed that they could not go in a final time before check-out.

Our room was on the fourth floor.. very noisy at night & early morning. Doors slamming and kids running up & down the hallway. Would have given higher star ratings if our stay was more quiet
