Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts each morning. Only complaint was pool water was green in color, no odor of being chemically treated. This made us decide not to use the pool, which was a big turn off for my children.

I was in town for a family wedding. The hotel was convenient, very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting family in Jamestown!

My sister and I have nothing but good things to say. We ended up having to stay longer than expected and we were treated like family. Clean and friendly. We couldn’t have been treated better.

Both evening and morning front staff was AMAZING! So sweet and kind. Recommendation for a great puzza place was given to us. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed. Breakfast was great. My 3 kids loved it and we all felt well taken care of.

Arrived at hotel to be told the key card system was not working so we would have to be let in and out of our room and building. After getting to room my two kids wanted to swim and we were told because keys didn’t work that we couldn’t swim… we checked in at 3 and weren’t given access to pool until 7pm, and still had no keys to our room. Once given keys hours later I went outside at 3am go smoke and got into building with key but not my room. I am very dissatisfied with my stay and would honestly like to be refunded as I paid to stay here, couldn’t use the facilities for over 4 hours after checkin or get keys. And not happy at all
