Quality Inn & Suites

We had a problem checking in. Trying to sleep and noisy children jumping on floor above us until 11 pm. I called the front desk, clerk said she would take care of it. 12 pm still kids thumping and jumping upstairs. Bed was not made properly and top sheets dirty

Had to have shower snaked. It filled with water and took over 10 min to drain. The morning we left they did not keep up with breakfast had to go somewhere else. The kids running up.and down the hallway above us was annoying.

Check in was easy. But for some reason they didn’t have any ADA accessible rooms available. NO ELEVATOR. This hotel is old. Old furniture, old carpets, old cast iron tubs that have been refinished multiple times. Our kid mentioned the carpets were from the 1900’s, haha. Ya like 1980-1995. All sorts of different colors. We didn’t use the tub/shower combo as the finish was coming off and it looked gross. We also didn’t do the breakfast as there was no actual kitchen and we didn’t want microwave precooked food. Beds were ok. Sheets really grab at the pjs. And the room was too warm. Tried turning the wall heater thing down, but it seemed to just stay at 71.

The stay itself was fine but the cleanliness of the hotel room was horrendous! went to shower my kids after checking in and there was enough hair in the tub and on the walls to make a wig out of! huge chucks all over the place and the air conditioner didn’t work the greatest the room stayed at 75 but I would not recommend staying there!

We were there for four days and every single day we had to ask for clean towels and bedding, one night because a child got sick and the cleaning personnel did not appear to have gone in our room one time during our stay we had to go to the front desk each night when we came in to ask for the stuff we were there for my husband‘s mom and dad‘s funeral so it was already stressful the way it was and each night all we wanted to do was come and get in the room and relax and try to distress but that was impossible wind we kept having to ask for everything there was a really really foul odor immediately when you walked in the door and walked down the halls, the walls on the pool room for musky and molded with black mold The pillars were nothing but bald up fabric not what I would hold a pillow at all. We also had to ask for toiletries here in our stay because again, they never check the room to see if we needed anything for what we go with through I do not recommend this hotel to anyone , for the quality we got it was extremely overpriced. It was the hotel in Roswell New Mexico on Main Street.
