The pool area was very dirty. Lots of built up dark colored scum around edges of pool and hot tub. Jets did not work in hot tub. The sleeper sofa in room was not functional. Could not even sit on sofa as springs were busted all the way to the floor. Kids had to sleep on sleeper sofa bed mattress on the floor. I asked for a different room and was told every sleeper sofa in the hotel was the same and broken from kids jumping on them.

Our big family had a nice one night stay in Roswell passing through. The check in and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. They fulfilled our request for having rooms next to each other, which was a big help. The breakfast was good and my kids had a ball in the pool. The suites were nice and clean. Could probably use a little updating, but nice nonetheless. Would stay there again.

The eating area downstairs had plenty of seating and was clean and comfortable.. We used this area to eat dinner and lunch with our large family group both days we were there. The pool was a good size but a little cold. The kids did end up getting in after a bit of coaxing. The hot tub was great! Front desk staff was fabulous and very helpful. Loved the coffee available all day.

Check-in was Great. We checked-in on Friday June 24th, 2022. On Saturday, my husband and I, and our 3 children were sleeping, and at around 1am in the morning, we get a knock on the door and someone who opened the door. Good thing we had latch across. It was a night worker and 3 customers who were trying to get in our room. Worker asked how long we been there, and who checked us in? IWe had reserved room through Travelocity for June 24th check-in and June 26th check out. Worker stated the 3 customers were supposed to be in the room. They had deactivated our keys and everything. We requested manager. The worker spoke with manager and found out we had reservation and paid for room. We had receipt of payment. This was Horrible and very unacceptable. Our children were scared. How do you just walk in a someone has paid for and you not know we are in that room. This was very disrespectful and a very scary experience. Especially, for the amount of money we paid, thinking we would be safe and respected. Our rights were fully violated during this stay. Very disappointed.

Quick 1 night stay, arrived a little early & the room wasn’t quite ready. The young lady at the front desk & housekeeping lady recommended some cheap kid friendly local attractions that we took them up on while we waited for the room
