Our room was very clean. The owners take pride in keeping their hotel very clean. Sean and his staff and family are very friendly , welcoming and concerned that their guests are comfortable and satisfied!!

Bath tub had stain and no skid tape pulling off. A/C unit noisy and kept my husband awake. Property was quiet even though most rooms seemed occupied. Lower quality than other BW where we have stayed.

My family had a great experience in this hotel. very friendly and helpful receptionist. She provided me with all the necessary information for our stay. Great customer service. Clean hotel. The next day at breakfast, she was very attentive with breakfast. I asked her a question and I liked how she answered me with great kindness. I don't know her name but I just want to say thank you very much for your attention. I personally recommend this hotel to families.

We were given a room with one bed when I asked for a room with 2 . After calling to ask front desk to switch us to a room for 2 they said it would cost a 10$ upgrade charge then turned around and said they wouldn't bcuz we had already went in to the room and they didn't have housekeepers to clean it. We were in there about 30 sec before calling the front desk . I then asked to pay for a separate room and they said that they would charge 250 deposit I said that was fine then they went on to tell me I wasn't allowed to have visitors or be in and out of the hotel, and if they noticed anything SKETCHY they would kick us out ? It was my sons birthday and my brother who had came from out of town and his friend were gunna stay with me and my kids there ? I was never rude I never got attitude wasn't disrespectful and I agreed to all the charges for the separate room and they smoothly called the police and made us leave and KEPT MY MONEY!!! There Are cameras in the lobby but yet NO ONE bothered to look at them to see who really did and said what! I feel like I was discriminated against and this isn't over . I have reported this establishment to the criminal justice system and am waiting to hear back . Worst hotel I've ever went to .
