And there was a really nice pool & gym! My kids were both happy!

Very convenient location if you're visiting downtown area. Could be walkable to downtown if you're up to it. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Nice breakfast selections for entire family.

Wow so we checked in after long drive to sleep and be ready for another long drive. We are party of 3 families with kids and older adults. ( we had two suits ). hotel rooms are nice and clean. Outdoor area was with no propane for the bbq and with one light bulb working. But the main issue was at night. Around 4am the room in front of house start yelling and using very unpleasant word that I won’t write here. We felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep. In the morning we saw police officers trying to talk to them and to the staff. I understand things happen and we being promised for a compensation that we never got. I called close to 10 times trying to see if the points they told us we got were issued. Managers never called back and the front desk became dry rude. Last call this morning. That’s what I get. Sir your are very disrespectful( I’m not yelling or anything like that just asking for solution ) and they hang up on me. That’s it. I will never stay here again after this customer service I got

Stayed here while taking a trip through the midwest up to Iowa from AZ. This hotel was so nice, they were able to accommodate me with a slightly early check in since we got into down faster then we expected. The indoor pool was fun (very hot if you weren't swimming). The kids absolutely loved the rooms. Nice kitchen area with a fridge/microwave and a nice seating area if you had a quest or 2 in the room. This is the hotel I will be staying at again when we go back to Roswell.

The room was so clean and tidy. We had plenty of towels in the bathroom for our family of 5. The beds were also very comfortable. And the TV allowed us log into our Netflix account, which was nice. The towels provided at the pool were also incredibly amazing. We were also so very close the the fun activities to do in Roswell like the Spacewalk and museum. We were right across the street from the McDonald’s space ship. The reason we picked this hotel was its proximity to everything and it really was worth every cent.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge. We had a room with 2 queen beds. It also had a couch that converted to a bed, kitchen area with full size microwave and dishwasher. These are definitely more like studio apartments than hotel rooms. It was great for our family of 4. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The breakfast was better than most hotels we have ever been to and runs until 10am. This place was really great!

Check-in was easy, rooms were in great shape and spacious. The breakfast was great. Only issue was the pool was closed for maintenance the day we were there but the kids found other stuff to do.

It was an excellent stay. The room was perfect. The breakfast is genuinely superb. If you are staying in Roswell, our family would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
