Staybridge Suites Las Cruces, an IHG Hotel

We went for a NewMexico state football camp with our family. Everyone was helpful! Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was very delicious! Definitely we will stay again here!

Well, our plan was to enjoy our stay like a spa weekend. Knowing it was going to be busy cuz of the holiday . A week before arriving I sent an email asking if the grills were charcoal or gas wanted to be prepared. Never got an answer. I even emailed a manager nothing! So Saturday were enjoying the pool and non-working jacuzzi when all of a sudden, a bunch of people started coming in from the back gate. Gate was held open by a rock someone had placed. So, everyone and their mother was there. All smoking weed and drinking and not letting the paying customers enjoy the area. And we know they didn't belong because when we were going inside, I told the 5 or 6 people behind us to go ahead of us. They said oh we don't have a key. Are you freaking kidding me? Sunday was better but by evening a couple of ladies came in from the back gate propped it open waited for someone to come outside from the hotel and propped the door open with the mat. I closed them both. .. We did enjoy BBQing that Saturday after I fixed one of the grills that wouldn't lite. Hotel needs some TLC things are starting to show their age by the grill area the bedrooms and bathrooms. Maybe charging all those people that come in for FREE each weekend. Staybridge could afford to Focus on the thing that need repair.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it worked great for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient location, nice pool, nice hotel for families. The room had a DVD player so we rented a DVD. The DVD player could not connect to the TV, when the TVs were upgraded the DVD players was not. The DVD had only the old component hookup and the TV only had HDMI.

Not sure why birthday parties are part of the hotel experience. Party over 30 by the pool with a bunch of kids eating hot Cheetos in the water, adults drinking beer and blasting music - they were there 2-10 at night . Man from party even got in the pool with his clothes on to cool off ! Not sure infection control would handle cleaning that pool after that ! I call front office multiple time to discuss but then guy kept putting me on hold and wouldn’t pick up. I called from my room because I didn’t want anyone from the party to know it was me since I had my family with me and there were intoxicated. My family missed out on enjoying the pool because of this which is extremely upsetting . If parties were to be kept at a minimum and followed guidelines that only hotel guest could use pool then I wouldn’t have nothing to complain about-

Super friendly front desk agent upon check in. Room was just the right size for our family of 6. I am very particular about cleanliness in hotels. I am definitely one of those people that will catch the dust in air vents, hair or mildew in tub, etc. I am just grossed out by those things. This suite was pretty much spotless. Hotel was so clean throughout lobby, halls, elevator, pool area. I felt like I was home. This will be our go to moving forward.

We flew in from out of state to see family and we’re able to sit out on the beautiful patio near the pool and visit. The kids enjoyed the pool.
