Stayed with family in another room. Very nice very clean with very helpful staff. Superior breakfast. Nice bar with light (but made up fresh) menu items.

The pool wasnt as warm as we would have liked BUT my kids absolutely loved it, im a huge coffee drinker and the coffee makers in the room do brew very slowely, the need hazelnut creamer. If the snack store was a little bit cheaper it would have been better. Thise are just cery small and personal preferences from my family. However the stay was absolutely great, cozy, and relaxing, the beds and pillows were comfortable, anytime i go back to carlsbad this will definitely be the place we stay at.

Almost brand new hotel. Still smells new. Beautiful and clean. Pool and gym open. Really loved having the kitchen and fridge. Lots of space for our family of 4. Will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed overnight in Carlsbad in order to go hiking in the Guadalupe mountains nat’l park. The hotel was relatively new, clean, and the staff very friendly!. The only downside was the happy hour was canceled because they don’t have enough staff one person they had to run it had a family emergency..Also the breakfast was mediocre at best because it was still take out due to Covid

Hotel was overbooked so our family of 4 shared a king bed and a blow up mattress. Facility is new and clean and staff tried their best to accommodate us.

Location was great and convenient to the National Park. The front staff was friendly and so was the lady attending the bar/restaurant area. The food was very flavorful we ordered burgers and fries. The gym was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay no extra fee for that. The only unexpected pet fee was given towards the end of $75, wasn’t expecting that fee since we did disclose our fur baby when checking in and was not told of the fee.
