Its beautiful place very calm beautiful clean ready to go back theur again here soon. This tome a family vacation we stayed theur because my daughter had her softball tournament..but really enjoy it . Only thing is im.still.waitin on my deposit u put its been a week and i still hsvent seen it back into.my.acxount . .

Just a place to meet up with family for grand daughters graduation.

There are not microwaves in the room. They will also not provide a rollaway because they say it is a fire hazard. Even though online, they said that they do provide these things, I also verified upon checking in with the hotel clerk. but as soon as he took my money, none of the accommodations were made. We ended up checking out and leaving. I also felt like they didn’t like the fact that we had our children with us. They seem to be a non-children environment. If you have kids, this is not somewhere I would recommend to stay.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the view of the Sandia mountains was incredible! My family and I had a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Albuquerque!

Amazing stay cation for our little family. Spent all of our time in the pool. Clean, nice place over all. Bed and pillows could be a little more comfortable

Beautiful rooms, clean, friendly staff, clean pool area, convenient location for shopping and dining. My room faced the mountains so the view was amazing. I would definitely bring my family back to stay again.

We always stay here when visiting family. Always great! Clean, efficient room. Great water pressure & shower. Comfortable bed too. Awesome safe parking. The security is always monitoring the parking.

Hotel is nice and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as a family. A few things that were inconvenient was only one elevator running and sometimes had to wait 10 minutes and and wait for it to stop a few times to have enough room to fit us in the elevator due to crowding of the one working elevator. Went down for coffee around 7:15 am on a Saturday morning, but the coffee shop was closed due to low staffing and the casino was roped off and not open until 8 am. 8 am is late for a Saturday morning to open for breakfast in my opinion. I had to take my business across the street and get breakfast from Blakes and coffee from Starbucks for my family. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows are way to big No microwave in the room to warm up leftovers from the restaurant downstairs.

My kids and I only stayed one night but the ease of staying here, the amenities available, the pool, the casino and the staff were overall amazing. My ONLY complaint was the hotel elevator. Only 1 of 3 were working. Apparently it's been going on approx 2 months. It was time consuming and a pain in the butt. That is truly my only complaint. I would say 9/10. 10/10 if it wasn't for the elevator issue.
