Nice, clean hotel to stay with the family. Large parking lot. Indoor pool area was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast area was nice.

The staff is frendy and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and stocked with all the basic necessities. We were lucky to be staying on the 3rd floor. The rest of our family was staying on the 2nd floor and they did not have the same experience as we did with their rooms. Also, make sure you park your vehicle as close to the front door as possible, ours was vandalized by homeless people who linger around the perimeters of the hotel.

Upon arrival, our room smelled of either sewage or a dead animal. The front desk said there was nothing they could do and had no idea why that might be. The toilet did not flush, the sheets were stained, and when we went to pull out the sofa bed, which we needed as we are a family of 5 and there was only a king bed and a sofa bed, there was no mattress. Again the front desk said they didn’t know why that was the case. We were given one nice roll away and a terrible cot which kept folding in on itself. No one in my family slept due to the discomfort and stench.

Pool and hot tub need more water. The pool needs to be cleaned out and redone. The pool have a lot of paint pieces in it the paint is coming off the bottom of the pool. Very hazardous imagine of that pick him up and garden kids moles are in peoples mouths or something like that

The staff was very helpful and nice. While we were swimming, I brought my kids out to the lounge area, bc I had to step out briefly, the receptionist lady said she would keep an eye on them while I stepped out to my car. She was helpful and friendly. That same night, she happily found me some plates for the Pizza we ordered. And when I asked for some towels, she provided a few and they were warmed too! It was great to have someone that was professional.

We had a very good room for my children & my spouse. I know the children enjoyed the swiming pool a lot. The pool was big to where I can swim laps. All in all we thought it was good & will stay there again; if we are in that area again.
