Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque

Staff at the front desk was very nice but the room sucked. There were water stains on the floor behind the toilet. I dripped water outside the tub when I first got there and wiped it up, the towel, was dirty as a result. Dips in both sides of the king mattress. Paper thin walls joined next to a room with a crying kid. Im never staying at a hotel again. I will rent Air b&b.

The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean! The kids had a blast at the pool

Sewage backed up into our bathtub, we only got the room to use the shower while staying with family. Despite asking for the tub to be cleaned, it didn't look very clean so we opted to not use it

The property was very nice and clean. Disappointed that we chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our kids and the pool was closed. Disappointed in the T.V. and wifi, both barely worked in our room.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had period. When we checked in we were greeted with soaking wet floors and a full on construction zone. The front desk only gave us one key with a very snarky tone said there were no other options and not to lose it because that’s all they had. The room was unkept, there were warped water spots on the the floor boards were lifting it was gross. The worst part was how hot it was, and I mean HOT. We called to have it looked at and they said that’s just how it is. It was miserable. On our last night after our friends mothers funeral we got back and the key system was down. 3 different (all extremely short toned, and very rude) employees attempted to let us in. It was almost 3 hours before we got in to our rooms after being told “you can just wait in the lobby” mind you this was around 12:30 am and we had a child. I would never stay or recommend this Marriot again, and I have been very very happy with many others. It took an already awful trip to mourn a death to a much worse stay.
