The stay was amazing my family had a blast and the staff was outstanding! Made us feel at home and always had a smile on their face will be going back every time we are in New Mexico!

This hotel was perfect for us while visiting family in the Rio Rancho area. Very nice, clean, wonderful staff. We booked this hotel without knowing much and it was a great pick. After we were out here and saw many of the other properties in the area that we had seen in Expedia we were so happy with selecting the Hilton. It is by far the best hotel of its class in the area.

The room was very nice and spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool with our two children, it was quite large and warm. Breakfast was available but not free so we did not eat there.

This hotel is close to family so I stayed for four days while visiting relatives. The staff were friendly, the lobby and my room were clean. It was quiet and relaxing. I will stay here again when I'm in town.

Found 2 live roaches in our room when we checked in. Staff said they had sprayed for insects that day so there shouldn't be any more issue. Bathroom light is dim, not adequate for my wife to put on makeup. Otherwise it was quiet and comfortable, close to our family that we were visiting. Friendly staff.

The hotel itself was great but I had to check out early because of unforeseen circumstances, I was told that I would not be charged for the full day Saturday, I wish that was truly the case. At any rate, the hotel was a good place to stay and I would recommend it to family and friends that come to visit.

Spent 1 night at the hotel. Checked in at 7:30 pm. The hotel was a ‘pet friendly’ establishment. Great, I have a dog at home. In this case, there was a dog family staying in rooms on both sides of my room. The dog parents must have gone out for the evening. Both dogs were lonely and were barking for a few hours until the parents came home. Not a relaxing evening after driving 9 hours.

The hotel accommodations were ok. Ok machine we’re broken on several floors making it a inconvenience. Staff was friendly. Manager rounded on me and my family as was very accommodating and personable.
