We were in Albuquerque for one. We were very pleased with our stay at Comfort Suites North Albuquerque near Balloon Fiesta Park! We will definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to friends and family members.

clean rooms, clean property, friendly staff, pool and hottub working nicely, great hot breakfast (just needed more refills on weekends, which was very busy), stayed here x2 and will stay here again (come often to visit family). even though was pet friendly, didn't hear dogs or see dog poop around property, which was nice.

Great hot breakfast (not alot of variety but that's okay), pool was nice for the kids, the hot tub was nice, but warm only one night. was freezing cold for 2 nights, and we were looking forward to that.

Of the desk staff, only 1 wore a mask. Dirty mask in the elevator for 2 days! Breakfast area, customers not asked yo wear masks and kid sneezed into the refigerator. About 3/4 staff wire masks there. Room latch was broken, locked the front entrance at 10 pm so you had to call desk to get in after that as no card reader there. Hot tub/pool closed (no reason given, could be covid?) Cleaning in room was hit and miss. Some days trash wasnt emptied even. Staff shortages? But over all things wore worn, dated and did not feel clean or safe!

3 little kids playing in lobby belonging to girl working check in. Pooland jacuzzi closed, no mention on website about it being closed. Noisy room due to shower water from above running down pipes. Will try another hotel next time.

We arrived 20 mins. early with our two children (after a long drive) and asked if we were able to check in, the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and told us that there were no rooms available and that we would have to wait until the check-in time of 3 for a room to be available. The room was nice and clean, but the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.
