We were staying for a tournament. We spent over $300 a night. There was no functioning ice machine in the hotel. When we asked for ice, the manager told us to go to a gas station. We literally could not fill the kids water jugs for their game. The AC was out in the dining area and the pancake machine was out of service. I heard kids say that the only thing they wanted was pancakes. For $700 for literally 30 hours in a room, this was unimaginable and highly inconvenient. Will never stay here again.

Great staff they were very friendly and kind . Facility was clean rooms were spacious. Breakfast had lots of options and were delicious. My kids enjoyed the cool pancake maker and variety of juices and yogurt. Pet friendly! Overall awesome hotel.👍👌

Overall stay was fine. Nice staff and clean area. Only call outs were comforters had a few stains and no extra blankets on hand for one of my kids using the sofa bed. Water pressure was pretty weak too. Overall, not bad just those minor issues.

Checked in late and got the kids ready for bed. When we turned down one of the beds, there was hair and dirt on the bed and the sheets were wrinkled like they were never changed after the previous guest. I had to get dressed and go to the front desk for help because no one was answering the phone. They switched my room so we had to pack everything up and move rooms at 11pm all on Thanksgiving night. Never staying here again.

We went for a family summer gathering that was located approximately 3 miles away from the hotel. The staff was courteous and professional the room was very clean and nice.Breakfast was good I liked they had a variety of things and it was quite tasty . We will be back, price was great . We enjoyed our experience.
