Excellent stay! The hotel is currently under renovation but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. All in all - we’d recommend it!

When we checked our room was located in the construction area and the room was old and noisy when we complained to the front desk we were given a brand new renovated room which was very nice. We were very happy at that point except we could still hear the noise from the construction and kids running around screaming. Overall, it was a good experience once we were moved to one of the newly constructed rooms.

We had a 15 hour day driving with our little one and booked this location months in advance because of the pool. It was very disappointing to be told upon check-in that the pool is closed. We definitely would have cancelled in advance and booked somewhere else as it was the opportunity our child had to burn some energy off in the morning before continuing our drive to Florida. The desk attendant could not be bothered to take her EarPods out of her ears to speak with us and did not explain the charge on my card when we checked in. It felt like we were inconveniencing her with whatever else she was doing when we checked in at 10pm. We will definitely not be back on our return trip home.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff was attentive to our needs. Hot breakfast was delicious and check in/out was without issue. Our family with adult children would definitely stay again.

Went to check in aroind 8pm but no one was at the front desk. 2 other families, one being an elderly couple were also waiting and waited 40 mins. No one came. No one answered phone. I was unable to check in and was very mucj inconvenienced with a sick baby and child waiting to lay down. I will never use hampton inn again

This is our go to place when we visit family in the area. The room is comfortable and breakfast is usually good. Convenient to stores and some restaurants but not walking.

Clean, modern hotel. We stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Pretty good breakfast in the morning. One morning did not have any eggs, just bacon, hash browns, and pancake fruit rollups. The pancakes seemed redundant since they also had a waffle machine. OK if you prefer a lot of wasted carbs in the morning, but the protein option was limited on that one day. The other two mornings we had eggs.

Pool was closed, so we were bummed about that. No infant bed/crib. Had a room with a jacuzzi, and that was great! There was some hair on the bathroom floor from previous guests. Continental breakfast was pretty standard.
