The property was very nice and enjoyable! The only complaint i have is that you have thw pool hours posted all over to close at 11pm and when we went to use it, a sign with different hours was posted on the door and that was very disappointing for myself and my family. That was not acceptable. Change your hours on all your signs if that's what you're going to do. Not good!

This property was gorgeous and my family had a blast in the pool and whirlpool. Property was clean and staff was friendly.

The room was very clean. Staff was super attentive and cheery. Accommodated us and 2 other families near each other as we were there for a soccer tournament. The area around the hotel is great. We walked to dinner at LaScala. It was great and reasonably priced.

Indoor pool and hot tub was not operational. We specifically booked this hotel so our kids could swim, so this was. A bit disappointing. Pool was not even remotely warm. Swimming was not possible.

We loved the fire pit out back. Also, loved the idea of a private swim. My family and I thought it was very cool that we had the whole pool to ourselves. Showers were also very nice.

It was a one night trip but was really nice. The only issue were kids knocking on people doors and running away throughout the hallway. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and I would return and recommend it

My family and I stayed for a hockey tournament and were asked to sign an additional notice upon arrival regarding quiet times and other items within the hotel. However, none of the items on this notice were enforced. We had to call multiple times with noise complaints at midnight before they were addressed. We complained at the desk and asked to speak with the manager, yet we have not received a call.
