Very disappointed on entry did not have a king bed I reserved and paid for ; A/C was not working in lobby ; went to the pool and employee had her family members over with 10 kids could not use the pool ; went to breakfast and there was no food at 8am full of people and all the food was done , had to buy breakfast outside and no management presence to advise , hotel staff did not say anything as well ; very disappointed with overall stay

This hotel stay was part of a longer road trip, and when we received a call the day of our stay that the suite we booked to fit our large family was not available, we were frustrated. They offered us two connecting rooms, but there was one less bed overall. We did not have time to search around for another place, so we decided to make it work with the pull out sofa. I'm glad we did because the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable! I usually try to avoid pull out sofas because they are often dirty, but this one was not. I have no complaints at all.

I arrived to check-in and the lobby was complete chaos with families with young children running around and crying and the staff just ignored them. Then I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because they were sold out (I booked 6 weeks in advance), and the only comment I received was "didn't you get a call or email"... No, I did not. I then booked another hotel on my own and then received an email AND a call after 10pm that evening from hotels.com after I was in bed saying it was important that I contact them to rebooked my stay - WHAT??? Unexceptable.

Pool was closed , washer and dryer didn’t work. Zero security stunk like weed throughout the hallways. Not that I care just don’t need my 3 young kids asking what the smell is and having to explain it to them.

I absolutely loveee this hotel. I’ve been here a few times with my family & we all love it. The breakfast is so good. The staff is so nice & the rooms are EVERYTHING. I totally recommend staying here 10/10

My kids loved the pool and hot tub the room quality was excellent and so was the buffet breakfast staff was nice and accommodating highly recommend!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the free board and card games you could checkout from the front desk. The hot complimentary breakfast was above comparable to other restaurants that offer this perfect. Overall nice stay for the family and would stay again.

My family and I absolutely love this hotel when we come to town. The staff members from the front desk to the people who work in the kitchen that provides the amazing breakfast, are friendly, helpful, and kind.

The fitted sheet on the pullout couch was dirty had to get new ones. Also the tissue in the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen was used wasn’t new, when u come into your room the tissue and paper towels should be brand new makes me think if they even cleaned the room!!! The tv remote wasn’t working they gave battery’s and still didn’t work and all of the channels didn’t work either. Also having kids with me the children stations stopped working everyday around 8pm why I don’t know!
