The room itself was really nice and felt clean enough. However, the halls were gloomy, narrow, and musty. The lobby was really loud and noisy. Not sensory friendly. The elevators were often filled and we had to wait for another one. After booking online and checking in, I was told there was a $50 service hold that I had to put on a credit card. This was unexpected. There was also scrutiny over using Apple Pay, and apparently the manager needed to clear the debit card. There is also a $29 night parking fee that I was aware of before we checked in but after I already booked the night. I would not have choosen this hotel if I knew about the parking fee. In addition, the parking garage smelled strongly of alcohol. There is a lack of price transparency at this hotel. I don't recommend to individuals or families traveling on a budget. I also don't recommend to individuals with sensory issues.

We have stayed for a week here. During the week, the hotel hosted three massive conference events for teenagers. Imagine being in a hotel with thousands of 12-14 yo kids screaming all day all night and the hotel staff is acting like everything is ok. The hotel furniture is aged like 20 years old. Carpet is disgusting. Last time at this terrible place.

During the check in process the lady was so rude, she insulted me and my kids Several times. I have a cast on my foot and she made sure to give me a room At the end of the hallway furthest from the elevator. We stayed 4 days and the room was never cleaned and I had to call to get the garbage changed and to get Toilet paper for the bathroom. I have never had such a terrible experience with my children. Never again. Even the lady who came to change the Towels in the pool area made a very disrespectful comment to my daughter but she did not see me on the other side of the pool, I made sure to tell her you should never talk to anyones child that way

All is okay except for breakfast package. I bought the package for free parking and breakfast from Expedia but while I was heading to have breakfast with my family, they told me only one member is free. This was a big surprise for us and couldn’t accept.

I paid extra for 2 queen size beds when I booked the hotel. I checked in around 20pm and I was told that they gave this room to someone else. The Manager John, Aguilar was a total Jerk. I understand mistakes happen sometimes but an apology and being kind can avoid unnecessary arguments. He was a jerk the moment we spoke to him. He made it look like it was our fault to book through hotels. Com and said we should have directly booked the hotel. Who books the hotel directly when we have search engines like hotels. Com, Expedia, trip adviser etc. I am disputing the claim with my CC company as the room I booked was not given to me. I was given the roll out beds which was very uncomfortable. If I wanted roll out beds I would have booked the king size room at the first place which was cheaper. None of my kids wanted to sleep on those beds so I ended up sleeping on the roll out bed and was up all night. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyoneS

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The check in was smooth professionally and quick. The down part was that the jacuzzi was not available!! And I checked out Saturday morning and I still haven’t received my $50 back on my card !! The restaurant is only open for breakfast and then re opens later in the day ! Do not use the phone they said local calls are FREE but they wind up charging you. The staff is very friendly n professional. The hotel is a lil outdated. I remember going there as a kid . But I enjoyed my stay and I will visit again
