Hampton Inn & Suites Bridgewater

No one came to our room to bring us fresh towels or to clean up the room. We learned that it has to be requested. There were some noise on Saturday night, but I did contact the desk and they sent somebody up to quiet down the kids. I appreciate the prompt response. Breakfast was superb

The pool was a perfect size for my young kids to use, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had a lot of great options.

We had a comfortable stay, the bed was great. Convenient location to visit family.

Ease of check-in, decent breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms clean and has all the amenities, very accommodating of toddlers and young children.

My family overall experience was great! The night hotel front desk clerk Jonathan was very pleasant, and always helped when my family needed anything during our stay!! I would definitely return with my family.

Very kind and welcoming staff. Even though the hotel was filled with kids (athletes), it was quiet and every part of the hotel where we were was clean.

Our stay was relatively quiet, we travelled to participate in a fund raising event "Jack's Kids". We were meeting new family members, attending a softball tournament, and attending a reception. Our room was well appointed, clean, and a convenient location. The issues i have are there is no room clean up or "maid service" on the weekends. So although we paid top dollar we received no real service from the hotel. The front desk personnel were as accommodating as can be, suppling clean towels and such but the attention to cleanliness is non-existent. The bathroom door would not stay closed and the main light in the bathroom was out of service. Breakfast very awful, none of the waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy contained any completeness of cooking or flavor. Once again staff was great. Still confused as to why there is an envelope in the room for a housekeeping tip.

I arrived at 3 pm to checkin and asked if i could exchange my shower room to a bathtub room. I was told they could do that, but they needed to make sure the room was clean first. I then waited an HOUR with my kids in the lobby to check in to the room only to find it was the shower room I had reserved originally and not the bathtub room they had promised. At that point i just wanted to get settled so I didn’t ask for a room switch. Reserved rooms should be ready at check-in time.
