Staff was very polite and nice. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Hotel is outdated but it was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I love everything about this property, this is why I chose it. My grandkids now loves it.

Very comfortable spacious rooms clean rooms for families breakfast is excellent receptionist r very helpful and best of all luggage storage is available. Will definitely come again

Love that it is family friendly.

1. They have to have a security guard at the entrance of the pool. 2. In a bad part of town. 3. Lots of wild kids running around with no parents. First and last time.

Great accommodations. Especially for a family.

Bathtub is dirty, windows are dirty, blankets are ripped but the stuff is friendly, the pool water was very cold for kids.

Only part I didn’t like was how rude the police officer was to ask us to leave the pool. I didn’t know 9pm kids couldn’t be in the pool. I wasn’t told about the pool after hours by the front desk.

Considering I was an hour early the hotel accommodated. It was a very fast check-in and the rooms were small but clean. As always Embassy does not disappoint with its breakfast, however, the frozen potatoes was a miss. The property sits in a location far away from dining and other establishments, but it is a safe and quiet environment .Our stay was great until Saturday night when the hotel was full of kids and one individual thought it would be fun to pull the fire alarm. All the guests had to stand outside in the rain until the fire department gave the all clear. It was easy to find off interstate 276/95 and just a short 45 minutes from New York City depending on traffic. A few exits toward New York and you will find all the dining and shopping your hearts desire. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its courteous staff and clean establishment. I have one serious negative and that's the streets and roads around the hotel, they are in very bad condition and need major upgrades because you will definitely damage your vehicle with all the potholes.

The Embassy Suites is typically my go to because it’s so close to family. However this time I was extremely disappointed as the elevator floors were sticky, the hallways were dirty and then my room was not fully cleaned. There was food on the floor and the bathtub was disgusting. The next day the elevator floors were still sticky and more of the walkways were just filthy. I was disappointed as I have never noticed this before. At breakfast everyone was pleasant and the service was great though.
