The Ivy can definitely fit a family of 6 the best booking for a family. Spending more money on this is better than 2rooms.

We stayed with our family at this hotel for two nights in Nov-2023. This is a great hotel close to Princeton Junction/ University area. The dining options are great and atrium lounges are a great place to hang out. Our kids loved the stay at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay and the pool spacious enough and the pool closes at 8pm st night. So if you want to enjoy the pool it’s the time to enjoy and spend with your family

Terrible! Front desk ladies were extremely rude and cranky. They barely said hello and acted like we were a huge bother. They made it clear that they were miserable working on Chr. We made one reservation with different rooms. They didn’t even wait for us to say that and started shouting “Last name” over and over. Then said they needed to check each room at a time. We have asked several times to put us close to one another since we were a family and I’m 8 month pregnant. They claimed there no rooms next to each other so they book each room in completely different floors and hotel areas (you had to take different sets of elevators). Further they didn’t help with location of each room. The other bigger is that at night and we’re leaving for dinner, we find out from the manager they had plenty of rooms next to each other. Entering the room, the size was okay, like in the pictures. However, it was very dusty and dirty. The bathroom light didn’t work and neither did some buttons of the room telephone. I have asked them 4 times and even took notes for them to ask the Cleanning crew but they did nothing. To complete the most awful Christmas stay, they had a huge family convention for NJ Turkish convention. Overwhelming amount of kids and teenagers running around the hotel and hallways all day and night, yelling and pumping into guests. They even broke two elevators and it took the hotel several hours to fix. (While I couldn’t go up or down four floors since I’m pregnant). Hell!

My family stayed here for a weekend. My kids loved the pool and the lobby area was nice though noisy as we came on a dance weekend. The coffee shop is a bit pricey but there is plenty of places within 5-20 min drive for options

The hotel met all of our expectations and was a great launching point to visit the Princeton Battlefield and for the kids to relax at the hotel and enjoy its amenities.
