Springhill Suites Mount Laurel

This is a really nice place to stay with your family staff are great, breakfast is good and rooms are nice. Only one thing I didn’t like was the stained carpet people ruin everything I see because this is a newer hotel

Stayed here while visiting my in-laws for Memorial Day weekend. I accidentally booked the king bed but needed the double bed since I was with kids. They were able to accommodate it. My kids enjoyed the stay we had breakfast, spent time at the pool and there was fresh pop corn made everyday that my kids had! The staff was extremely pleasant even able to provide us with utensils when it was not packed with our food! Would absolutely stay again.

Everything was up to par. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Everything was great except I booked the hotel for the heated pool. I called a head to make sure the pool was up and running prior to paying. I was in NJ for my Grandmother funeral and my kids Great Grandmother. I wanted the pool to take their minds off the funeral or at least ease it. I also wanted it to have something for the kids to do. The pool was open when I arrived by the time I went to Walmart and came back they closed the pool and told me it should be open tomorrow but it wasn’t because of chlorine levels or something and told me they updated me once open. I got a call later Friday saying the pool be closed until Monday and I booked Thursday - Monday. They offered me to extend my check out to swim on Monday glad I didn’t do that because it was still closed when I left. They offered me to take my kids to a sister hotel 30 min away from the hotel. I wish I could have just went to that hotel to stay since they had all the same luxury. The last offer was to refund me a full night so I took that offer, but my kids where still upset about the pool and I ended up spend triple to find activities for my kids to do to replace the pool. Yes there is a gym, but don’t want my kids in the way of someone’s work out and it’s not a playground or pool they could get seriously hurt. The breakfast options where great, cleanliness great, staff great, cleaning staff slow to respond, but still great.

My family and I stayed here for one-night before a flight home from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The hotel was clean, comfortable, staffed by friendly people, and there were restaurants nearby for dinner. Could you want more in a hotel? PHL is only about a 15 minute drive, so quite convenient to PHL.

We are a family of five, stayed for two days, excellent stay, clean, friendly staff, nice pool area, great breakfast buffet. Was surprized by the size of the suite, very spacious. Would stay here again, if in the area.

Great for families. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next stay.

My stay here was marvelous, the customer service was great. Room nice and cleaned, breakfast was great. My family and I will definitely be back!

Our room was inviting, CLEAN, comfy, and spacious. We had 3 kids with us and was still a lot of room. Our only complaint was the lock on the pool door is tricky. We are so happy we chose this hotel over others.

My family and I had a nice stay at this hotel. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Everything was way too sweet and the eggs and sausage tasted horrible. Otherwise we had a great stay.
