Hampton Inn was clean and located close to restaurants and other family attractions. The only down fall was there weren't any pools for the children to enjoy.

We like Hampton Inn Very much typically. However on this occasion our room needed maintainance improvement: It was clean. But, 1. the curtain needed to be fixed. It was missing a string so it would pull up crooked. 2. the shower valve was inconsistent with hot and cold water. Showers were too hot or too cold! 3. Waffles were cancelled due to a kid spilling, which would have been easy to clean and resolve. So, this hotel in particular needs improved management.

Very friendly and accommodating staff- breakfast room, cleaners, front desk staff. Location a defineite plus. easy to get to. Shopping convenient Nice selection of eating places in the areas. The building was children friendly and unusually quiet for business travelrs also.

Room was okay. Yet no one informed us that you must request your room to be cleaned before 8am. We asked they said they couldn’t do it l. Member of my family on disability. Very disappointed

My family and I needed a hotel for a family emergency. This hotel did not bring any comfort to our already stressed situation. The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear when other units flush the toilet or wash their hands. There was a domestic violence situation next to our room. The continental breakfast was always (nearly) empty. I recognize thar the hotel was likely understaffed and this is not to disbarage their hard work. However, the quality of the stay was very frustrating given the overpriced cost of rooms.
