Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

It is a nice hotel for the price, there was a cacrouch crawling in the bathroom since that grossed me out but that was the only one I saw, the ice machine was broken and the breakfast was ok. My kids would not eat anything at it but it has a nice outside area, pool and basketball court. The suite room I was in was large and spacious.

Horrible is an understatement!!!! The room stated a family of 5. Had one queen bed and a small pull out sofa! That was it. The sofa was only a love seat, so you could image the size. It barely sat two people comfortably.. how they expected three to sleep was insane. The bed was additionally uncomfortable and even though it states it’s a queen, I could swear it was a full!! Aside from that, our room door would not lock, at all. If the door was open you could simply push it open to get in. There was more than one guest I heard complaining about that. Something about that seemed very strange. If someone just checked out I’m assuming they as well would have had the same issue. When the person arrives to fix it, he only came with one screw driver. He went straight for the door lock plate, took it off and turned it upside down. Which makes me think this is a scam they have going to steal from people. Our pull out sofa had no sheets on it or pills. We had only three pillows and one blanket in total for the room. Again…. We booked for a family of 5!! After one of the most uncomfortable nights sleep, we went down to breakfast where they had NO FORKS!! They stated they had run out. The entire experience was terrible. They run their hotel like a cheap side show.

Very pleasant place to stay with family and friends.

Room was clean and big. We played with the kids on the pool till 10pm . And played board games that they offered for free in the lobby . Lobby is big and very inviting with games and tables and water . Definitely not anybed bugs as I read on previous comments . This place is well kept. Gym has a Peleton . Overall good trip

The costumer service and the room in general were horrible my door wasn’t working they littler put tape on my door so the way the door doesn’t close cause they didn’t have any way to open it so my family and me have to stay in the room all the time we couldn’t even enjoy the pool or anything cause the door wasn’t worth and the reception wasn’t help me I was in room 205 and was no aceptable to stay in a place like this

We only stayed 1 night but the room and everything else in the hotel seem very clean. Very convenient to food and shopping as we needed to get dinner and one of our babies bottle nipples had a big rip in it so we needed to get another one. Loved the parking. As I was searching for hotels near adventure aquarium, this hotel hit the 3 things on my list, free parking, a pool, and free breakfast and I was very happy with all three as well.

Great breakfast bar, clean and well-attended by staff with rotating selections each morning. Room was clean and adequate with full-size fridge and stove perfect for families on a budget who want to make some meals at "home." Hotel was surprisingly very quiet considering location near shopping mall and major highways but we specifically requested a room on quietest side of hotel. Nice private, wooded location, screened from busy streets and shopping centers. All staff were great, easy check-in/out. Overall a nice visit.

We were VERY disappointed in this hotel stay. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (ages 3 and 13.) As soon as you enter the hotel (anywhere except the lobby), you can smell cigarette smoke. Our room also smelled like cigarettes, especially the bathroom, and the hallways and elevators were just as bad. We literally had to go to Target and buy air fresheners to put all over the room. All they could offer us to make up for the smell were Hilton points. One of the back doors to the building is also broken (no latch at all) so the building is constantly open to just anyone who wants to enter. (The building is also behind a shopping center.) The breakfast was also disappointing. Even for a free breakfast, it was very limited and they stopped restocking 45 minutes before it was supposed to end. The temperature in our room was also very warm and stagnant and the thermostat was stuck at 68 even when set lower. We won't be staying here again.

My family and I stayed there for two nights and we loved it. The property is beautiful and the staff was great!
