The bathroom in my room had hair all over it. Toilet, floor, and shower. Also, the shower faucet was broken and just running hot water when I got to room (how could cleaner miss that?). The bathroom also had no vent so when shower was running it was all fogged up. The shower itself would run SCORCHING hot when someone flushed toilet in another room. The rest of room was OK, carpet was coming up in one section and was a bit dirty. The hotel has a slight smell in the hallways. The hallway itself looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there was graffiti scratched into the furniture, just seemed unkempt. My floor also had a group of kids running up and down hallway, running something along the walls making tons of noise in hallway.

My children and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. I love the architecture of the hotel and the unique castle look. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating as we needed to switch rooms due to an A/C not working properly. The rooms are basic but decent. The pools are a nice touch and grateful that they have an indoor and outdoor in case of inclement weather. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There aren’t many dining options very near so we did utilize Uber Eats. There is a bar/restaurant on site. The bar looks very modern but if you are arriving late their kitchen closes at 10pm so no dining will be available after although the bar is open later. The room has a fridge which is good for storage especially when traveling with kids but there is no microwave in the room. Their is a microwave in the lobby for public use. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

My stay in this property wasn't all great. The pros were, the check in process was quick, the area had several places to eat that were walking distance, and some that were several minutes away by car. The pool area was clean, outdoor and indoor and not crowded which was good especially if you're staying with family/kids. But there were some cons. For one, our AC in our room was not working properly so we spent a couple of nights with warm air coming out the AC. During the day we were hardly in the room so it was a little uncomfortable especially at night when going to sleep. When i did call to have someone come to the room to hopefully get it fixed, the guy came right away and in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes he got it fixed. Another thing was that the mini fridge had a rancid smell to it. Also, the toilet had stains in it prior to anyone using it. The carpet looked like it had glitter on it and when we looked closer we saw that they were small stones from someone's costume jewelry that must've popped. This property doesn't have room service or a free buffet breakfast. You have to pay $30 per person for their buffet breakfast. And the food in their restaurant wasn't very good, we only ate there on our last night for dinner. One last thing, we had to purchase a laxative from their store located in the first floor and after purchasing it, we noticed that it was expired 3 years ago!. We went back to return it and got a refund.

After years of driving by and wondering about the experience at this castle-like hotel; my family booked a trip here. We were excited to stay here because of the indoor and outdoor pool as well. I guess because we were not wedding guests and we booked through a 3rd party we got slighted on our room. We stayed on the 1st floor near noisy machines and constant beeping noises we could hear through the walls at night. Check-in time: I waited on a long line with 2 reps checking in. The wedding guests seemed to have top priority which I understand, but I am a paying customer as well. The woman who checked me in seemed rude and annoyed during my processing, but was elated when helping others. I dreaded the moment I realized I dropped both my room keys in the rain because I had to go back to her to get them replaced. Of course she was even more annoyed by my return to the front desk a few hours after my check in. It was a very petty and teenage girl like attitude she had with me - yet she appeared much older. Travelocity sent me an email to give a review on my arrival and I gave a BAD review thanks to the immature woman and the weird thing about it was that my NEW room keys got deactivated and I had to return AGAIN and she was pleasant. I'm not sure if she had access to the reviews at that point but her demeanor was more pleasant at that point. We enjoyed pool time despite people allowing their toddlers to float around in the hot tub/Jacuzzi. We don't plan to return.

This place was awful Wherever to even start I dont know. Maybe the customer service, when we checked in and out it seemed like we were such an inconvenience. Check out is listed as anytime 12pm. They deactivated our key card at 1030am. The room is no where near as described, especially the bathrooms. Hydro massage shower head and large soaking bath...is code for outdated 1980s style hotel bathrooms I guess. The handle for the water in bath tube/shower was broken off and there was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom. The room itself was a blazing inferno and the thermostat had two modes off and auto. Everything closes at 8pm so if you're hungry I hope you have door dash. The little shop closes at noon on Saturdays. The pool also closes at 8pm. And during the day will share the pool with a children's aquatic club giving swimming lessons and swim team practices. My husband and I dont get the opportunity to go away with just the two of us and we spent over 600 dollars for our stay (2 nights) while attending an event close by that weekend, we expected a nice weekend and this was our experience. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else. This place is horrible.

A beautiful building when built. Missing somethings that other hotels have like a bathroom fan, microwave, bathroom products for bathing, The heating system in the room was so loud that we could not use it and they had a 15 minute fire alarm warning system at 10AM that was terrible. Loud and disruptive. We had a greet view. Nice towels, nice people, great location, beautiful property that needs some upgrades. My family was members of the pool and exercise facility years ago. It is nice but not very private because of swim lessons in the evening at the pool. The exercise rooms are lovely. The staff is lovely. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Expensive and overprices. We stayed at other local places that were much nicer and newer. .
