Had a 4 day/3 night stay. Housekeeping did not pick up or clean through the whole stay. Pool is small, only for young children. No kitchen/room service, but breakfast each day was good.

Toilet was broken entire stay and they blamed my family for using "too much toilet paper" even though it wasnt working when we got there. Had to go to the lobby to go to the bathroom lol

At first, upon my arrival, I felt the receptionist was too serious to recive customers! I felt a little uncomfortable. That all changed the following day when the same receptionist assisted me in finding a place for breakfast due to so many kids had all tables occupied. The receptionist went out of her way to make sure I can have a peaceful breakfast. I really appreciate what she did for me. Thanks!

One issue was that when I checked in and went to the room we thought we had the wrong room because I made a reservation for 5 people but the hotel only has rooms for up to 4 people. I don't think its primarily their fault, I believe Expedia may not have known and allowed me to book a room for 5 people that only 4 could sleep in. An other issue I had was that the pool was unavailable the whole time, being a mom i specifically look for hotels with pools for my kids entertainment. On a good note breakfast was really good and the variety as well, the hotel and the room was always clean. Staff and management were very helpful and service otherwise was great.

Booked a room for five people (2 adults and 3 children) said 2 queen beds sleeps 5. Had hard time checking in because said room max was 4 people even though my reservation said sleeps 5 people. Also 2 queen beds were not queen clearly were double beds. Then told pool was closed because they were working on it. Should have been marked on booking because it was a big reason i stayed there my kids wanted to swim. Have seen other hotels put on there site pool closed due to some problem. We travel alot and i wouldnt be staying at this hotel again

Need mini fridge in room. Other hotels have pool open even now and make a schedule for families to use. Its summer time.

This was great hotel for the price. We stayed for 4 nights. It is brand new, and everything was very clean. The indoor pool was actually warm. Been to some hotels where they said it is heated, and it was still cold! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only knock on this hotel is that unless you had a king suite, they don't have a mini fridge in the guest rooms which was quite inconvenient because we have two little kids, and they always need stuff to drink. We had two queens. Otherwise, pleasurable stay.
