Been having a bit of difficulty here at the property . When I first checked in the bathroom I noticed hair all over the bathroom walls as well as the bathtub. Afterwards I used the dishwasher to wash out my plates and the dishwasher started to leak. Also as advertised free washing and drying. The laundry room does not work so of a family of 5 coming an hour away from the hotel I was forced to bring wet dirty clothes back home. Unfortunately my stay was not pleasant at all . I reached out to the front desk they just disregarded my troubles and asked me what is management Going to do about my trouble here at Sonesta suites , why should the manager know about this . And I replied because it needs to be fixed.

This was our second stay at this location and we are very happy with our stays The place is clean convenient The laundry and coffee stations are great! The staff is friendly and attentive And it was really nice that the man working the front desk Marlin remembered us We will definitely stay here again when we visit family again
