Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Parsippany Fairfield, an IHG Hotel

- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up straight, let alone accommodate a child. we needed to arrange a pack n play from friends instead. - elevator out of order 8 of 10 days, causing frustrating detours in the hallways.. - both key cards simultaneously deactivated 2 days before check-out

Our room was disgusting and the room next door was so loud!!! Kept our child up all night. I told the hotel and they did nothing! I want a refund

Close to our destination for a family reunion. Though the hotel was located along the highway and we didn't rent a car, we had to walk on the grass or the road because there were no sidewalks. Close to restaurants and we recommend trying the Fat Cactus restaurant in the hotel.

Nice and quiet hotel that was good for weekday family trip. If in the area again, I would book here again.

Our stay was 2 nights and it was great, I introduced my family to IHG , and they had a stress free, and enjoyable time, and Mr Collins Bent was such an amazing help since day one, and our second night he gave us 2 complimentary quench your thirst tickets. God bless his soul, his customer service was excellent, the staff was awesome , the restaurant food and drinks, everything was on point. Thank you Mr Collins Bent, we need more people like you. I checked in, my card didn’t open my room door. Someone else was already booked in my room. I had to apologize for making so much noise at the door trying To get in. The lady at the front desk apologized got me a new room, the same type of room. Also gave me a free drink pass at the bar for the inconvenience. She also had security go by the room and see why they were there because they were not supposed to be there. Although I didn’t get a chance to go to the bar and use it, because i was with my child. I appreciated the gesture. After receiving my new room cards I apologized to the front desk lady for my unpleasant attitude about someone else in my room I was so exhausted and tired and just wanted to lay down and put my child to bed after a long day. She accepted my apology and said she understood and that it was okay. I felt bad for the attitude and continued to apologize for it. I enjoyed my room once I got inside and the experience was excellent.

The room was clean and had all we need , decorations at the hotel for Christmas made our family felt happy and my kids enjoyed it , staff were cooperative, there was a great plaza for shopping around the hotel to get anything needed The television at the room had many opened channels especially for children that was great for my kids The hotel rate was so good and low especially at Christmas season 😍

The staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean. I love the area. I had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel was great. My family & I came in late and the women behind the desk was a doll. She accommodated our family.
