We felt very good at hotel during our stay. Being with the family, I like the ste up of Smal kitchen. Their breakfast was awesome. Cleanliness inside and out of the room was of top notch.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the communication between Hotels.com and the facility. I requested a room with 2 queen beds, but ended up getting a king bed. But we were able to make it work.

Our family stay did not start off or end very well. When we got to our room it was 85 degrees inside. The ac didn’t seem to be working well in that room. When I called down to the desk I was told they didn’t have another room and no one was around to fix the ac. I physically went down to the front desk to complain and they were able to find me a new room so I had to load up everything and change rooms. The new room ac seemed fine and everything was back on track. On our last morning we called down for a couple extra towels since we had 4 people in our room and were only given 2 towels which were wet by then. They said they’d send them over. They never showed and I went down to ask the desk for some and a new wash cloth. I was then told they didn’t have any more clean towels. How you can run a hotel without a surplus of towels I don’t know. No wash cloth was provided either. I had to grab towels from the pool area that I happened to find. The room was nice and breakfast was great but the whole experience did not leave me feeling well taken care of.

I did not stay at this property. When I reached the receptionist told me that the booking was not done. So Expedia, these ratings are for you and not the property. You are responsible for this issue and I had to go with my family somewhere else

Nice hotel with an easy parking. Large rooms with everything you need to stay with a family. Great breakfast and warm pool. We really liked customer service! We will stay again!

There were about 15-20 unsupervised kids between the ages of 6 and 12. Yes, there were adults with them, but not enough and those with them didn't seem to care. They were running the halls and being loud late at night and early in the morning. They were slamming doors and talking loud. Some were in the breakfast area with bare feet. One kid had dirty socks on their feet and no shoes. One burnt themselves on the waffle maker. The adults just sat in the back and pretended the kids could manage without supervision. This was a great property ruined by the mismanagement of the kids and not having proper rules for the supervision of minors and if they did, they didn't enforce them.

Someone entered my hotel room in the middle of the night while I was with my wife and son. Said person unlocked the door, walked in, turned on the light and left the room immediately. My family checked that we had the keys that we had made (we did) and put the lock on our door and went back to sleep. In the morning, I told the front desk attendant and she told me that mgmt would call me when they arrived. They didn’t. I returns to the hotel where i raised the notion of the incident. they stated they have no record of another key being made (as if that is the only way that a room can be entered). Mgmt was not apologetic of the situation and wasn’t willing to take the action to confirm my statement/commentary let alone remedy the situation.
