Our family stay did not start off or end very well. When we got to our room it was 85 degrees inside. The ac didn’t seem to be working well in that room. When I called down to the desk I was told they didn’t have another room and no one was around to fix the ac. I physically went down to the front desk to complain and they were able to find me a new room so I had to load up everything and change rooms. The new room ac seemed fine and everything was back on track. On our last morning we called down for a couple extra towels since we had 4 people in our room and were only given 2 towels which were wet by then. They said they’d send them over. They never showed and I went down to ask the desk for some and a new wash cloth. I was then told they didn’t have any more clean towels. How you can run a hotel without a surplus of towels I don’t know. No wash cloth was provided either. I had to grab towels from the pool area that I happened to find. The room was nice and breakfast was great but the whole experience did not leave me feeling well taken care of.

Nice hotel with an easy parking. Large rooms with everything you need to stay with a family. Great breakfast and warm pool. We really liked customer service! We will stay again!

There were about 15-20 unsupervised kids between the ages of 6 and 12. Yes, there were adults with them, but not enough and those with them didn't seem to care. They were running the halls and being loud late at night and early in the morning. They were slamming doors and talking loud. Some were in the breakfast area with bare feet. One kid had dirty socks on their feet and no shoes. One burnt themselves on the waffle maker. The adults just sat in the back and pretended the kids could manage without supervision. This was a great property ruined by the mismanagement of the kids and not having proper rules for the supervision of minors and if they did, they didn't enforce them.

Someone entered my hotel room in the middle of the night while I was with my wife and son. Said person unlocked the door, walked in, turned on the light and left the room immediately. My family checked that we had the keys that we had made (we did) and put the lock on our door and went back to sleep. In the morning, I told the front desk attendant and she told me that mgmt would call me when they arrived. They didn’t. I returns to the hotel where i raised the notion of the incident. they stated they have no record of another key being made (as if that is the only way that a room can be entered). Mgmt was not apologetic of the situation and wasn’t willing to take the action to confirm my statement/commentary let alone remedy the situation.

The hotel is clean they are renovating but it’s great service was good and the space of the room is big enough space for a family of 5 beds are comfortable and clean the complementary breakfast it’s great too. We stayed for 3 great days here no complaints keep up the great work

Didn’t get to stay, I booked it to have a hotel party for my son. I get all the way there and the pool is closed. We had food, decorations, cake etc, had to quickly call all the guest to cancel. Tried calling hotels.com to get a refund have yet to speak to someone. This is my favorite hotel, I booked for my kids so many times, wished they’d update no pool access.

My husband, son and I stayed here one night, since we were staying in NYC the following two nights because we were visiting family. I wish we would have stayed here the following two nights as we had such great service. The drive back and forth would have been worth it considering the bad service we received at the hotel in NYC. The room at the home2 was clean, with ample room and we had a complementary breakfast the next day which was great. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully clean place. Fresh in every way. Staff was courteous and pleasant. I worried when we came in with a gang of kids and there were already a big gang of kids in the pool that that the noise would be too much. We must have been placed far away from these groups because it was very quiet.
