DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tinton Falls - Eatontown

Very convenient for us to be able to visit family members. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Staff top notch, newly renovated, and clean. It's the little details that make life a little better: complimentary morning lobby fresh coffee. Decent restaurant/bar area. Inviting business area. Free spacious parkin. Even the landscaping is meticulous. And of course, the cookie on arrival never hurts. This hotel is walking distance to nothing, well maybe an Applebees, but for a business trip or family driving vacation, this hotel will work out just fine.

we had a 3 day trip planned staying at another local hotel. The other hotel was way below standards and therefore made reservations at DoubleTree that night for the next 2 nights. Besides the noise created by the hockey kids running through the halls (actually breaking the exit sign) and with the parents drinking heavily in the reservation room, your employees went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was way above expectations. Therefore, we overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay

While the staff was very nice and the facilty seemed clean, It needs a little TLC.We had a junior suite, the chair piston did not adjust at all. There were stains on the carpet, the room door as well as the bathroom door did not close properly, the blackout curtains had holes that allowed sunlight in and the smoke detector was hanging off of the wall. Just some small things that should have been addressed as part of normal maintanance. The pool needs cleaning! The pool had what would remind you of a bathtub ring on the tile. It was so bad that people had drawn designs and written in the scum. But again, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful time,very clean and comfortable,close to all beaches and restaurants love the location very friendly staff and great amenities.

Great staff, easy check in but the hotel needs to be soundproofed. You can hear everyone little noise, some not appropriate for kids.
