Amazing staff. Clean Hotel. Good for big families.

Our room wasnt as clean as i had expected. There were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and dood, garbage and crumbs under the couch (visible when we used the sofa bed.) When you book the room and put in requests, they always get ignored. 5th stay here and not fulfilled any time. Simple requests for extra pillows. Never enough towels for the# of people in the room suggestion, in this case 6 people ( 2 double beds, a soda sleeper) and only 2 full size bath towels. Walls and floors seem paper thin, we were on the 2nd floor and it seemed like an absolute zoo, screaming stomping and running through the halls until 2am. Lastly, some of the furniture is in need of cleaning and repair. The dining table was dangerously wobbly and the pleathe seating on the dining chains ripped and peeling, sofa and seemed really dingy. May have to look into a different location for family visits sadly.

Friendly staff. Great service. Only wish coffee was better but it was your typical hotel coffee. Rooms functioned really well for my entire family. We had a bunch of suites for a family event.

We stay here several times a year while visiting family in North Jersey, always a nice stay!

The staff were very friendly, however, on the they hold no power. The fire alarm went off and woke up me & my family of course scaring us. As we are walking down the hall, there's a girl walking towards us talking out loud on her phone stating. "Oh, yeah, that's just me, my friend. Smoking pot, there's no fire." Apparently, there was a fire on the first floor because somebody was cooking and left their food unattended.During the fire drill,mostly everybody stood outside. No staff came out to guide or speak with us. Fire department showed up & gave us an all clear . We spoke with the desk staff & they're, very casual like, "oh yeah. This happens all the time!!" so we won't be staying there again.

Room was a great size and the kitchen area was amazing with kids. The room was loud though, with dogs barking outside at all hours. The room was cleaned nicely, but the pull out couch cushions were gross, with a brown stain on the bottom of one cushion and it was not a comfortable mattress. Luckily, the kids didn't seem to notice. Pool was small and cold and towels were not refilled during the day, with one evening us grabbing the last two towels available, when it was 7pm (so the pool was still open for awhile later). That said, the room was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wish the soap and lotion weren't attached to the wall, so my kids could reach them. Nothing in the direct vicinity, but fine if you're just needing to be in the area. I would stay here again and overall, we had a good experience.

I have pictures of my room I rented. Found out it wasn’t cleaned and I wasn’t accommodated.they said they would re clean and I got back from my family outing to find out they half cleaned the bathroom. So we had urine under out toilet seat from god knows how many days or previous renters before us ! Disgusting !! My biggest pet peeve is. Nasty bathroom and kitchen

Beautiful place. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has variety and high quality. My four kids very much enjoyed the outdoor pool. Hotel is located off art 17 South, area is quiet. There are numerous dining options nearby as well as convenience store down the street. Overall, very happy with our second stay here.

Such an amazing hotel we loved it my kids loved the breakfast, enjoyed the room &, had fun in the pool. We recomond to famiies who want to reserve a hotel this ine is the best!! Thank you so much!!!
