Staff doesn’t care about autistic young men and serious illnesses such Cancer. Lied about not having another room with a bathtub for my family take a bath. Until I contacted Expedia customer service, they were able to find a room with a tub. Called the General manager next morning asking for a late check out since we had to move our stuff by ourselves from one room to another’s he argued about loosing money with us because the original room was not rented. Nasty nasty staff.

Loved the room,the layout of the room. The family atmosphere the courtesy of the staff. Awesome customer service. Definitely will look for Sonesta Suites on my next booking

The only thing I had an issue with is they did not offer a later checkout even though my flight was delayed and I had a toddler with me who needed a nap. I requested a later check out as I was visiting from Florida and had to go to LaGuardia airport, I was notified my flight was delayed so I asked for a late check out in advance and they offered only 30 mins extra.
