My stay @ Double Tree Hilton was just okay. My family and I booked a 2 Queen Bed Suite w/ a City View. After traveling 2+ hours to this location, we were excited to relax in our room. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were given a 1 Queen w/ sofa bed. When I called the front desk, I was told the hotel oversold and this is what they had available. It would’ve been nice to know this in advance. It would’ve been nice to be refunded the difference in the two rooms! Instead I was given a parking pass and comp breakfast, that we didn’t partake in. Aside from that, the hotel was okay. Definitely not at the top of my Hilton list. However, the location is great and so are the city views.

The front desk staff were friendly. The room itself was spacious and had everything it said. The room was not very clean, though. Pull out couch had sheets from previous guest still on it. We called the front desk and were on hold forever so gave up. We went downstairs for clean linens and they gave us just a flat sheet. There were fingerprints and greasy smudges on every single surface, including the chairs. It seemed like a young kid was there before us and that was confirmed when a clothing sticker size 3t got stuck to my foot. Didnt seem like the floor was vacuumed very well. It worked for the night but i wouldnt highly recommend it.

Got 2 rooms. Big rooms. Great for families! Both had items from previous person. One a sweater the other a lint roller. When pulled out the couch bed there was a lot of crumbs in under the sofa. Toilet ran in one room most the night. Overall the hotel was fine; just expect more from a Hilton brand hotle.

The location was great for the our needs and the evening front desk lady was great, the morning front desk lady was so so. We told her that our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke and that because of that we were unable to bathe our children and she didn't really have a resolutions or much to contribute to the conversation. Having to inhale cigarette smoke made the experience unpleasant. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Everything was great. The staff women on Saturday night was impolite. I ask the front desk a question and she responded very rude. We are not from the area. But the staff in the breakfast area were excellent. They were very nice and very interested in making out family feel comfy able and enjoy our meal.

Fast efficient check in, warm cookies were ready, and staff was very welcoming. Called for extra towels and shower supplies (family of 5) and they arrived in less than 2 minutes. Front desk helped us with PATH train details and gave great advice on our sight seeing. Housekeeping was perfect! 5 minute walk to mall and PATH station. Room also had great city view.

Very nice room with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Plenty of space for our family of 5! Check-in was a few minutes late due to late checkout by previous guests - desk staff were apologetic and accommodating. Short drive to Liberty State Park to see Statue of Liberty.

Decent hotel. Not sure I’d pick again. Great things to say are its walking distance to the PATH station and a nice shopping mall.Lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming for the holidays. Disappointments were, the hotel states it offers breakfast,which was closed on a Saturday.Thankfully a McDonalds is close by. Some of the front desk staff are not friendly. The biggest aggravation we had was, 11am is checkout,at 10:33am the cleaning staff opened up our door. We were 5min from heading out but when you travel with children getting the clan organized,fed and packed up sometimes takes the full time.
