Great location for a weekend getaway to the American Dream Mall. Breakfast was good. Many options for kids and we even had some time to enjoy the pool.

I took my daughter along with other family members to American Dream Water park for her 12th birthday. We had the two bedroom suite with the full kitchen and fire place. This was perfect for the location, since we were a 5 minute drive to the Mall. The rooms were clean and there were no issues besides the people across from us who had company that had nothing better to do then knock and run on guests doors at 11:45pm! Of course I complained to the front desk, and they did there walk through which resulted to them continuing to knock and run. Nonetheless, the location was great and the room was more than what i expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel and were planning to come back again

We have a really good experience we came before or check in time and we were able to check in into a room. The kids used to pool. Breakfast was delicious. All kind of food was great. We have an excellent time. We are ready to come back anytime.

We booked this stay for a week while work was being done at our home locally. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Having our dog and our cat with us, this was a very new experience. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had to switch rooms (which was our fault due to not booking enough nights), they made it very easy. The studio room with the kitchen and large living space was perfect. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs. We made use of the gym and pool as well, which were nice to have (especially the gym). The Residence Inn provided a real home away from home for our little family.

We have family trip to New York, walk 5 minutes to Bus station take 163&164 Bus to Time square about 25 minutes, family suites are clean and comfortable, but they will Charged $250 deposit on hold until check out, good stay!

We stayed here as a family to visit the American Dream Mall. The location and size of the rooms were great. Breakfast could use a change up. Same menu for 2 days then just changed out sausage for bacon on the 3rd day. Would of enjoyed a waffle station for the kids. Bring your own pillows!!! Nice kitchen area to cook at home with dishes just no silverware. Full size fridge/freezer. Nice pool amd hot tub. We would return here again if ever in the area.

After staying in Atlantic City for 3 nights, my husband and I brought our 3 teenage grandchildren here for 1 night/2days during their Mid-Winter Recess. They loved the 2 Bedroom Suite w/ sofa bed so much that they wanted to stay another night. Unfortunately, it was too costly for us to extend. The staff were very courteous, the rooms were clean, and the room itself felt like a nice and cozy condo apartment. We just wish they had more usb outlets and better coverage for the sofa bed. The hotel is located in the industrial area of the city which takes away from the beauty of the hotel. But, other than that, it is awesome, and we hope to come again for a longer stay.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and the second night there was only boiling hot water. We couldn't take a shower until midnight. Its was late and it took a very long time for them to fix it. They would not accommodate me and my small children to a different room. Instead the front desk said they would compensate me in the morning when i checked out for at least one night , which they did NOT do. She also said that if i wanted to i could find a room in another hotel near by which was ridiculous because it was 11pm and i had my toddlers with me. Terrible customer service.I would never stay there again and i would advice any family to stay away from this place.
