The hotel was clean but our room was not the cleanest. Tables were dirty and empty bottles were left on the counter. The accent pillows and couch cushions were stained. We needed to use the pull out couch, so I asked if the hotel could set that up for us, they said they would try but if anything we’d have a bed kit with sheets. There were no sheets/bedding in the room so I had to go down to the desk to request it. They did have someone bring the sheets within 5 mins. The club/restaurant attached is not kid friendly and there is a dress code. We were coming from a soccer game so we had to drive elsewhere for dinner. Beds were comfortable and overall no other complaints. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are super clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen in the studio is a God sent for anyone who likes to cook their own food, or fix their own drinks. The complimentary breakfast is full of options, including a chef who prepares your eggs or pancakes for you. Fresh fruits, drinks, and pastries are available. There is also a very nice gym, which my children used. The pool looked nice, though a little small, but we never got a chance to use it.

Everything was very clean. Our room had a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge. Very convenient for a family trip.

I really loved my stay at Element. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The gym even has a Peloton bike. The breakfast was delicious. There’s even a latte machine. I loved that the showers were walk in made it easier to give baths to my toddlers. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near many restaurants. There’s even a Wendy’s in the shared parking lot. Easy drive to the American Dream mall.

Nice quiet, hotel with friendly staff. We are a family with 3 kids and we got a spacious clean room for a reasonable price. Definitely will come back again.

Staff was great, friendly and accomodating. Room, pool, all common areas were clean, well-lit and inviting. Request for extra towels met immediately. Pool is a little small if you're planning for kids/family fun, but good for laps.

We stayed for one night only but easy to park, very easy and friendly check in and check out, had a good night sleep and great free breakfast. The room was clean and very pleasant and complete. The kids played in the pool a little and they had fun.

The breakfast was amazing! This hotel was perfect for our short family get away to American dream mall. It was a short commute to the mall and accommodating for a family of 5, comfortably!
