Staff was excellent/friendly. Afforded us an early check-in. Double King bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. The The kids enjoyed the pool (the temperature was nice and warm), and the seats by the pool were comfy. The sundries station in the lobby had some excellent (and clean/healthy) snack options.

For the price I paid which is for me very expensive compared to other hotels with same ratings, I was not disappointed to the rooms and the lobby of the hotel. Room was spacious .the lobby beautiful with plenty of seats to hang out. The property was isolated. When we arrived, we were hungry .The one and only hotel restaurant will not open until 4 pm. No other places We can get food. Our purpose to stay for one night was just to hang out with friends and family who had a wedding event. So it was kind of disappointment not being able to have choices to eat. My grandkids enjoyed the pool though.

Stayed here for a family wedding - great brand new feeling hotel with modern touches. Suites were nice - had a couch, high table, Nespresso and fridge. Bathrooms also really nice. The bar was lively and the breakfast looked amazing! Great stay, thanks!

While this hotel claims to be pet friendly buyer beware! Hidden deep in the small print they charge a ridiculous $150 fee per night if you have a dog. You are also only allowed 1 dog. This would have been a good experience until the trickery came out about their pet fees. Don’t choose this hotel if you travel with your 4 legged family members.

I booked this hotel for a one night getaway from the kids and although our stay was OK there was definitely a few minuses. Hotel was beautiful with free on site parking. Customer service personalities upon entry were somewhat robotic but not horrible. When we entered our room we noticed that it was a good looking/upscale room, but the sheets had not been washed, there were towels thrown around, and there was a bag of the last guests garbage on the counter. We phoned the receptionist and she immediately upgraded our room without charge. New room was clean and larger- which we liked. The only negatives at that point was that some counter top items had to be paid for like, the bottles of water, and there was no toothbrushes or tooth paste so we had to do without. The pillows were also way too soft. The bed was very comfortable though. Lastly we ordered a bottle of wine from the bar but all the prices were steep. A bottle of wine was nearly $60. There were a few amenties like a sit down bar, snack bar, a restaurant, amd a pool but we didnt utilize any of those since we were only there for one night. Overall we had a decent time but we will not be returning
