We loved our stay at the La Mer! Beach access was so easy, and we loved the pool and live music. Perfect for a family getaway.

I did not like the fact that on a vacation there was ball playing in the pool area with kids when I almost got hit 2 times while trying to relax. Air conditioning was very poor.

Very clean and nice resort, room was very clean. We loved the pool mainly. The resraurant also has great options. We booked Cabanas through them and they had good services. They are right on the beach, road cross only. The only thing is we requested them to extened check out to noon instead of 11 as my kids wanted to go into pool sometime but they said no and on checking I saw there were other rooms available in the hotel. Also they dont have basic room service even in the premium room which is actually expensive. And they open at 10 pool maybe they should open a bit earlier. Everything else was nice will go again.

It was a short walk to the beach from our resort. The pool was great for our kids. Close to great places to explore.

It’s a bit expensive for the condition of the property and not centrally located. That said, it’s a great place for families and the kids activities like bubbles and kites were great. The beds are very uncomfortable and some of the rooms are shabby and not remodeled yet. The front desk staff seemed new and inexperienced. The pool and beach staff were great.

La Mer was a beautiful place to kick off the holiday season with a long family weekend. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Breakfast at the Pier House was a treat.
Spectacular ocean views from our room.
Pool area was under construction but was a non-issue as we stayed out of season and on the weekend.
