We loved staying at Congress Hall - it was a great spot to go with family and our 3 year old toddler.

Hotel is in a very nice area where we can walk and not have to move the car very convenient when you have a small child. The rooms are nice and big and very clean.

Property is beautiful. Beds are amazing! Pool and beach is great. Great place to have EVERYTHING you need. Food, pool and child care if needed. Staff was very young and not very educated on things at the hotel. Front desk, wait staff at restaurant, wait staff at the pool and help needed in our room. Not great customer service they were not friendly and helpful. This was disappointing!!!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel is! The facilities and staff are amazing. The hotel really caters to kids and adults alike. We can’t wait to return.
