Ocean Casino Resort

Our stay was amazing. The pool is beautiful with a big shower, the kids love it. My husband is not a kid and he loves it too! The receptionist Mica was wonderful with us, very friendly and kind! We enjoy the casino too of course! The view excellent! We strongest recommend this place!! 5 🌟

Honestly we had a great couple of days with our kids. I'll note that when we first checked in our room was dirty but they changed it for us immediately. The hotel is designed soo nicely and the staff is very nice and polite. I wish their pool was bigget because it does get crowded with lots of kids but other than that it was a great experience!

This is my 3rd time at this resort. This resort has a lot of amenities, loved the pool, and you do have some restaurants to choose from. It has Starbucks and Top Golf which was a lot of fun. The only downside that I may see is there is a lot of children that go to this resort. If you have an issue with that you may want to go to another hotel.

The host were super nice and very attentive to our needs. The place was very nice and clean . Parking was easy . I would recommend this place to other families and I would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Oceancity . Thank u for allowing us to stay in such a nice place .

The good: clean lovely rooms, and temperatures in Atlantic City were 15-20 degrees cooler than other parts of NJ the weekend we went. The bad: Unbelievably bad customer service at the Ocean. We had a multigenerational party with a couple of rooms. We checked in at 11am, not expecting any rooms to be ready on a very busy day. They said we would get an email when our rooms were ready. Great! We went to the pool and then spent a couple of hours on the beach. At 430, the other folks in our party had received emails that their rooms were ready but I had not. We had dinner reservations for 6pm and a boatload of sandy kids. I went back to check in, and was told that check in is actually between 5-9pm, and there is no way to tell when our room would be ready. I asked why no one had mentioned this rule when we checked in at 11am, and they said “we don’t provide that information.” I noted that Orbitz has a 4pm check in time on our confirmation. No dice. No apologies, no accommodation, nothing. It was unbelievable. Since we had other rooms ready in our large family party, we just got ready in their rooms. 5-9pm check in, with no ETA??! How does a hotel operate like that, especially without EVER mentioning it to a family with clearly young kids. Orbitz - the property has given you wrong information. Check in time is not 4pm consistently, it’s 5-9pm at least on busy days.

Very disappointed during this visit. The pool wasn’t open and we weren’t informed at checkin. We were with other friends and requested rooms together or atleast on same elevator bank and were misinformed by the person that checked us in. Infact she insisted that there were no other rooms available even if we wait for something to before available so that the second room would be close to the first only to have another employee find something when we checked later after attempting to go to the pool with kids and find it closed. It was supposed to be last day of school/first day of summer short fun trip with moms and daughters and we wasted a lot of time to resolve this and not make most of our short stay.

The resort is great. There are lots of casual dining which are prefect to dine with kids and they also offer take out. The problem we had was with the pool, it was closed for maintenance and repairs and we wish we knew that before checking in. We picked this resort precisely for the pool and it was very frustrating to find out we could not sue it.

Great renovated hotel with amazing ocean view for the price and nice pool and open space and food options. We stayed in king size room overlooking the ocean on 41st floor with our 10 week old baby. It was so nice. However, the men’s bathroom in the lobby doesn’t have a changing area. Should have this since men change diapers too!! Also surprised there was no coffee inside the rooms. Otherwise; great place and will come again!

We enjoyed the food options especially the taco truck. The room was very nice. Affordable valet service. Too mamy kids in pool area really couldn't enjoy should have adult only hours in the evenings as well. Smoking should not be allowed at all in the casino because it lingers to non smoking areas. The layout of the property was confusing with so many different elevators you mut use to access amenities.
