The rooms are big and roomy! But the front desk staff treat you like family the minute you walk in! WOW! Stay here all the time! Maybe they think we are family?

Newer hotel - loves the king suite set up and the bathroom was roomy. Pros-Shower had faucet on the opposite wall of shower head, a great feature. * Nice divider between setting area and bed *bed was very comfortable *iron was broken and desk staff help us get a new one Cons-hotel was filled with kids and they were very noisy. Couldn’t enjoy pool area or gym because there were too many kids. They were running in halls * Ice machine was not working on our floor. *$16 fee for parking in parking lot

Expedia charged extra fees for having my kids with us, stating they accounted for an extra person. Questioning the hotel, they stated they do not charge extra for kids. The hotel then claimed Expedia miscalculated the tax and charged extra, and submitted an additional charge they said was for use? Very deceptive practices.

Checked in fairly late, there was only one person behind the counter and a few people in line waiting. The lady was welcoming and patient enough to give us all what was needed. We stayed in a room accommodated for a family of five, two queen beds and a pull out sofa, according to my son the couch was not comfortable. There’s very little channels to pick / choose from, we were unsure if the Netflix account on there was complimentary or not. A bit of a downside was the one toaster that was for all guests and if you weren’t early you would be in line waiting to toast your food. The waffles provided were in bags Belgian waffles which my family expected the diy machine instead. Upon our second day, we encountered a dead cockroach and I called for housekeeping services which thankfully was going to be provided. I spoke to a Vanessa on the phone. She asked if I could show her where, I had my daughter take various pictures. We all headed downstairs but no Vanessa to be found, instead we encountered a Jennifer whom was disgusted by our findings and recommended switching rooms, which we did. So many thanks to her. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 7/10.

Great place to stay with grandchildren. Except for the breakfast. Eggs look like scrambled reconstituted. Sausages everyday cooked but not browned didnt look appetizing. Hash browns with crumbled sausage were mushy not crisp at all. Other offerings were good.

Stayed here to go skiing at Mt. Rose. Super easy and there’s a large shopping mall “across the street” that has most things. Breakfast was disappointing but it was free, Starbucks is across the street anyways. Big rooms with plenty of space for kids and adults. We will be back again.
