We reserved the King but ened up with 2 queens. They said that even though tou reserved a king doesn't mean you will get it. So beware you might have to stay in different room that you reserved. The row area has no sit down lunch services only fast food by the kids clown hotel. I will give them kudos they tried to make it right and gave us a $25 dollar of room credits to use. Other than that the experience was still good and had a great time with my wife

Stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. Overall, the hotel/casino was great. Rooms were clean. One suggestion is to maybe have adult swim only for a few hours in the evening. First day we got there, we counted about 18 kids in the pool. The pool isn't very big. If you get there as soon as pool opens at 9 a.m. then it wasn't so bad.

The Silver Legacy is a shadow of its former self. There are hard working people who have little or no training. Food prices have gotten out of hand and put a damper on family meals. Machines are scarce. The magic is gone as you can feel them nickel and dime your wallet. Its convenient if you have a bowling tournament. But the love of just being at the Silver Legacy has died with COVID. I'll remember the good times, but wont be bacķ.

Very satisfied with the stay. Very convenient that it’s physically connected to circus circus and the el dorado so there’s something for the whole family even little kids- mix of restaurants/casino/arcades. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Met family for a few nights. Hotel was nice. Check in was a breeze, easy parking. Room was nice. Bed is a little hard so not super comfortable, which, after walking and standing all day, would’ve been nice to have a little more comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet, but it’s weird that many restaurants and the cafes close at like 9, and then many aren’t even open Tues. -Thurs. It was nice having three different casinos all connected. We’re not much for gambling, so we spent more time in the Circus Arcade area. The Silver Legacy is nice. Pretty quiet, and worth the pricing.

Nothing in waking distance , dirty little motel and tweekers on the streets . Never been to Reno before, honestly will never come back unless for another event for my kids . It’s kind of like a cruise going to a crappy island ,nice on the ship but you don’t leave and explore!

The man with a lazy eye down at the front desk is miserable…as is the woman who is either trans or a man but everyone here seems angry or upset and is literally so UNPLEASANT to deal with. They made my wife pay a deposit on the room a second time when we were snowed in because we made the reservation on Expedia they said they couldn’t or wouldn’t rather extend the reservation.
We don’t even want to be here another day and give them our money but being snowed in a the pass closed we cannot safely get back to Ca.
The only saving grace is Bridgette at the restaurant who makes killer Shirley temples after midnight when the rest of the 3 hotels are a ghost town and the poor valet kids they freeze down there with zero heaters. They are pleasant and are prob the least paid on staff.
